I want to cancel my subscription or account
What device did you first subscribe or sign-up on?
I first subscribed or signed-up via the website on my laptop or computer
If you first signed up via the website then I'm sorry but you can not cancel your account via the app. You will need to log into your account on the website to cancel your subscription.
If you do not see an active subscription when tapping on the iOS or Android buttons above, then you either:
1) Do not have an active subscription, or
2) You did not first subscribe or sign-up via the app and will need to cancel via the website
