Yes, you will need to setup your own Apple and Google Play Developer Titles. VidApp can only launch apps on an Apple Developer Title that is setup as Company/Organization.
Yes! Unlike other app providers, we handle all app submission and reviews for you. You are in charge of maintaining your Developer Titles and agreements with Apple + Google. VidApp can not do this for you.
Yes, there is a $750 setup cost for both iOS and Android. This covers the submission of your apps. Apps on the Growth and Custom Plans may have higher setup costs depending on the level of customization.
If you’re officially going ahead and the VidApp Team is helping you to build and launch your apps, then your payment plan starts 45-days from your account being created.
Yes, of course - we hope you do! You can upgrade your plan at anytime.
You can cancel anytime with 45-days notice, and VidApp will shut down your apps and no longer support them.
Yes, our Live Stream integration means live events will automatically sync from Vimeo OTT. Users can even Chromecast the Live Event straight to their screens - just like a normal video.

A "Deep Link" is a URL that opens the app to any specific screen inside your app. It can open to a playlist of videos, an individual video - any screen inside your app. It is available on our Growth and Custom Plans. Check out this article here. Right now, VidApp is the only App Builder for Vimeo OTT, Kajabi, or Uscreen that provides Deep Linking.
At the moment, your app will only support one language i.e. English or Spanish or German, etc. In the future, it will be able to support multiple languages in one app.
