No, we don't charge a setup fee. Apps with a high level of customization and specific features may incur a setup costs depending on the level of customization.
If you’re officially going ahead and the VidApp Team is helping you to build and launch your apps, then your payment plan starts when we kick off the app building process.
You can cancel anytime with 45-days notice, and VidApp will shut down your apps and no longer support them.
