I would like to request a refund
What device did you subscribe or sign-up on?
I first subscribed or signed-up via the website on my laptop or computer
If you first signed up via the website then I'm sorry but you can not request a refund through the app. You will need to visit the website you first signed-up up on and contact the website support team.
If you do not see an active subscription or a purchase history within the iOS or Android buttons above, then you either:
1) Did not complete an in-app purchase / subscription, or
2) You did not first subscribe or sign-up via the app and will need to visit the website and contact the website support team to request a refund
