Not every app / vid-app has a Free Trial, but if yours does then you can start it by signing up and creating your account when tapping on a video, Ebook, PDF or other item.
Please note that not all content may be included as part of the Free Trial.
Once you’ve created your account, the Free Trial will start automatically and for the period stated (i.e. 7 days, 14 days etc), you will be able to access all the parts of the app / vid-app that are included within the Free Trial.
To check the status of your Free Trial or any in-app subscriptions, please follow the instructions found HERE
If your app / vid-app has a Free Trial, it will automatically start when you sign up for the first time.
All you need to do is create an account by entering your details and accept the terms of service and privacy policy agreement.
Your Free Trial will then automatically begin and you will be able to enjoy everything the app / vid-app has to offer!
To sign-up you simply need to create an account by following the colored buttons that appear when you try to access a locked item of content (i.e. a video, Ebook, PDF etc). When you tap on a locked item, you will be prompted with any subscription and purchase options.
If the subscription, purchase or membership also includes access to the content on a website, you will receive an email with the information to log in online.
If you don’t receive an email, then the membership is “app only”.
**Only applies if a subscription option is available.
The great news is you are only charged once your Free Trial has finished! Once it’s finished, you will automatically be charged for the first subscription period.
To stop the subscription from automatically billing, you must cancel your subscription before the last day of the Free Trial.
To view your Free Trials and manage or cancel your in-app subscriptions, please follow the instructions HERE
Buy-to-own or rental purchases will depend on the individual app / vid-app. If you can’t see a purchase option for the individual item (i.e. video, Ebook, PDF), then it is not an option. 🙂
The item (i.e. video, Ebook or PDF) that you are trying to view is locked and belongs to an in-app subscription or purchase. You can only unlock it by signing up and creating an account.
If the app / vid-app has a Free Trial it will automatically start when you create an account for the first time.
Yes! Once you have signed up you can download any item of content by using the “cloud icon” on the top right corner of each thumbnail. The item will begin downloading with a progress bar below. Once that is completed, you will now be able to view that item anytime, anywhere without internet. Pretty neat huh?
To use AirPlay and Chromecast, make sure you are within range and connected to the devices or network.
When you’re playing a video inside the app / vid-app, look for the icon of the device you’re trying to connect to in the bottom right of the video.
Press the icon it will connect! If it doesn’t, please check your connections.
